《Medium Rare Steak 岩盤牛扒 ミディアムステーキ》 Medium Rare Steak is a chain steak restaurant. The Tuen Mun shop is bright, spacious with comfy seats. Guests may pick their preferred cut and weight at the meat showcase. I ordered 300g beef tenderloin. The meat was thick, super tender and juicy. Simply awesome! I requested extra garlic. So pungent. The iron plate was not hot like stone plate which kept the meat in medium condition until my last bite. +$30 for 3 sides/soft drinks/ice cream. I picked onsen egg, miso soup and +$20 draft beer.
