Bloom位於朗豪坊頂層，佈置充滿歐式風格，餐廳燈光柔和，客人可坐在天幕下的用餐，藍色氛圍十分浪漫，感覺舒適優雅。沙律吧及甜品排列整齊，被深深吸引著，點了豐富的半自助晚餐，慢慢享受美食。\n\n\n\n\n\n\n餐廳以semi-buffet為招徠，色彩繽紛的沙律菜及海鮮，任意配搭Mix & Match，有青口、大蝦、蜆肉、火腿涷盤及多款沙律等，先喝一碗温䁔的南瓜湯作頭盤，香甜、濃稠，啖啖香滑南瓜蓉，十分開胃。很喜歡煙韌的芝士長通粉，夾合大蝦和青口享用，為沙律淋上柔滑的胡麻醬，是清新的開端。\n\n\n\n\n\n\n極黑和牛板腱扒 $348\n配法國拉克萊特溶岩芝士\n牛板腱煎至嫩紅色，五成熟口感軟腍，店員批出溶岩芝士，芝士微微焦色，賣相吸引。連同牛扒一同享用，入口軟腍、黏牙，咀嚼之間，香盈的肉汁慢慢釋出，細滑咸香，濃郁肉香散發口腔，十分吸引。\n\n\n\n\n\n爐燒嫰滑春雞 $275\n肥美的春雞，外皮油潤亮麗，內裡肉質香嫰，入口綿滑，切開時香噴噴。雞皮微微焦香，加上香草調味，誘人得舔舔咀邊的雞油。伴碟的薯蓉綿糯，沾上肉汁精華，質感更細膩。\n\n\n\n\n甜品環節也令人驚喜，選擇很多：朱古力批、Tiramisu、芝士蛋糕、抹茶紅豆蛋卷、北海道牛乳奶涷、英式鬆餅及椰絲慕絲蛋糕。Tiramisu空氣感十足，表面滿滿的可可粉，入口純厚咖啡香。朱古力撻酥脆，內裡盡是黏稠的朱古力醬，香甜邪惡。\n\n\n\n\n抺茶蛋卷質感綿彈，中心填滿香甜紅豆蓉，抹香味香郁，質感細滑。震騰騰的牛乳奶涷是必吃之選，奶重柔滑，真的很想把全部都吃進肚子。\n\n餐廳:
