Kitchen,仿佛穿越時空回到舊香港的優雅年代｡這家自1928年便屹立不倒的經典餐廳,木質鑲板､復古照片與雪白桌布交織出濃厚的殖民地風情,讓人一坐下便感受到那份歷久彌新的從容｡午後時分,我特意來品嚐他們的Heritage Tea Set,打算以一杯香氣四溢的飲品,細細品味這份百年傳承｡\n茶點以經典英式下午茶形式呈現,先上的是鹹點部分｡牛油脂肪吐司(Beef Fat Toast)烤得金黃酥脆,表面那層融化的牛脂帶來濃郁的香氣,搭配季節性瓜類的清新與Coronation Chicken的咖哩雞肉沙律,雞肉嫩滑,杏桃與芒果蛋黃醬的甜酸平衡得恰到好處,每一口都層次分明,不會過於油膩｡這些小巧的鹹點精緻卻不失份量,讓人感覺像在品味老香港的英式風情｡\n接著是甜點環節,選擇十分豐富,包括Apple Crumble､Sticky Toffee Date
