mok","url":"https://www.ulifestyle.com.hk/community/user_profile/120268/maggie-mok"},"text":"我非常喜歡吃拉麵坊間有不少出名的過江龍也未能得我歡心!早前吃過一間非常用心的本地小店,品嚐到店家用心的真材實料好味道｡\n\n拉麵店位處尖沙咀漆咸圍內的幕多!擁有超養眼的紅色店面行過絕對不會錯過的｡\n\n這天下午兩時許來到仍然全店滿座!幸運的是未有人龍所以等了約10分鐘便可入座,期間店員先給我們餐牌點選食品,餐牌內容非常簡單絕對是吃專注｡\n\n店內設有十多個座位於拉麵店來說算坐得挺舒適,放在檯面的貨櫃紙巾盒也勁可愛啊｡\n\n拉麵店每日也有精選美食這天有蟶子及貴妃蚌,實在太合我們口味一於全點上｡\n\n不消一會所點美食全部來到我們面前!肚子已經非常雀躍地打鼓我們也不客氣要大快朵頤了｡\n\n精選海鮮小食各$38/份全以醬油來調味!貴妃蚌和蟶子也沒有華麗賣相,看似簡單但吃下爽口彈牙加上幽幽的醬油提鮮是好吃的｡\n\n拉麵獨孤一味只售醬油蝦濃湯麵$118但足以令我回味無窮｡\n\n拉麵上檯的時候會在席前淋上自家提煉的蝦油!紅彤彤的色澤非常亮麗有了它能增味添香不可多得的小確幸｡\n\n先呷口用上超過40斤的蝦來炮製的濃湯!濃稠的口感令嘴巴充斥幸福感,超鮮香確實真材實料是沒法輸味道｡\n\n溏心蛋$16/隻浸得夠入味蛋香也迷人!橙紅色的蛋黃流心程度挺合我們心意,雖然不便宜但絕對不錯吃｡\n\n店家採用日本曲麵喜歡它沒有討厭的鹼水味!軟硬適中的口感吃得我非常愜意｡\n\n拉麵內附上三隻已去殼的醬油蝦所以吃得特別暢快!點到即止的醬油香加上新鮮爽彈口感帶來滿分鮮味｡\n\n有質素的拉麵店絕對值得連湯也喝光!幕多是少數我會清碗的其中的一間｡\n\n只是百多元一碗的拉麵有這樣高質素,吃得出老闆非常用心去炮製,希望小店越做越旺生意興隆我們才可長吃長有喔｡\r\n\n#人間美食~尖沙咀
