達摩堂\r\n\r\n約咗朋友食飯,今次嚟到旺角呢間達摩主題既日式餐廳,餐廳由曾任米芝蓮餐廳的星級主廚掌舵｡餐廳設有達摩神台及打卡牆,打卡一流,仲有紙條比客人掛門口許願添\r\n\r\n達摩二人前定食 $634\r\n蜆肉蛋花味噌湯\r\n味噌湯鹹度適中,加埋蜆肉同埋蛋花,增添香氣\r\n\r\n韓式泡菜\r\n芥末左口魚邊\r\n小菜有兩款,分別係韓式泡菜同埋芥末左口魚邊,芥末左口魚邊小菜食落就開胃些\r\n\r\n招牌玉子燒\r\n另外叫咗半條招牌玉子燒, 一共有三款口味可以選擇,最後揀咗明太子, 玉子燒甜度明顯, 加埋明太子､魚籽､櫻花蝦乾等配料充滿口感\r\n\r\n安格斯壽喜鍋\r\n叫咗一個傳統日式嘅壽喜鍋, 入邊材料有蔬菜､金針菇､冬菇､豆腐､安格斯牛肉薄片等｡蔬菜同埋菇類都吸飽咗壽喜鍋湯汁,而安格斯牛肉薄片加埋跟餐嘅蛋黃醬汁,入口順滑\r\n\r\n達摩天丼飯\r\n呢款丼飯真係好吸引,表面有一原隻龍蝦殼,龍蝦肉就炸起約有3~4塊, 底下就係白飯同埋帶子,再加少少飯素｡原來所有飯均使用｢鰹魚昆布湯｣烹煮家!龍蝦肉外脆內軟,加埋白飯同埋帶子一齊食有明顯鮮味, 另外加咗粒日本蘭王蛋, 建議可以加少少到白飯到,令到口感更濕潤\r\n\r\n梳打水\r\n戀人之櫻\r\n叫咗兩杯嘢飲分別係梳打水同埋一杯特飲,戀人之櫻好似富士山,咁有幾層分層,
