mok","url":"https://www.ulifestyle.com.hk/community/user_profile/120268/maggie-mok"},"text":"好快就到母親節了各位孝順仔､女預備好跟媽媽去哪裏慶祝了嗎!如果媽媽喜歡吃中菜的話便要繼續看下去了｡\n\n這夜來到伍佰私廚海鮮火鍋品嚐母親節精選6位套餐,餐廳位於尖沙咀天文臺道地點挺好找,內裏佈置簡約整潔好有在地的味道｡\n\n套餐的頭盤竟然有蝦餃皇!每人也可分享到一粒碩大的蝦餃皇,餡料滿滿的爽彈鮮蝦口感好豐富｡\n\n緊接著上檯的是樟茶鴨/半隻!鴨肉外表呈深紅色散發淡淡煙燻香氣,加上皮脆肉嫩帶鹹香的味道別具風味,每人一件吃罷仍意猶未盡呢｡\n\n湯羹我們得到的是鮑魚燉雞湯!燉湯非常熱燙喝下去十分暖胃,內裏除了鮑魚和雞之外更有螺頭材料十足｡\n\n來到主菜打頭陣的是氣派十足的金湯脆米野生海斑!服務員會於席前淋上金湯吱吱作響好吸引｡\n\n海斑肉質紮實好鮮嫩,配襯香甜的金湯及口感十足脆米味道真心不錯｡\n\n另一份主菜是上湯龍蝦煎米粉底!龍蝦裹滿了牛油香氣的上湯醬汁,吃下除了鮮味以外更有滿滿的奶香｡\n\n濃湯元貝浸時蔬用上我喜歡的娃娃菜來炮製!配襯濃湯菜的味道就更加香甜,另外還有賣相酷似魚旦的元貝也非常鮮嫩可｡\n\n單尾黑松露雞粒炒飯是我最喜歡的一道菜式!飯粒炒得乾身不油膩,黑松露香氣不會過濃是畫龍點睛之作｡\n\n甜品黑金流沙包賣相非常吸引!內裏是滿滿誘人的流沙奶黃餡,喜歡吃奶皇包的朋友必愛之｡\n\n最後還有一大碗楊枝甘露!內裏充斥滿滿柚子肉和芒果粒非常足料,幽幽的芒果香甜加上重奶感吃罷真的非常滿足｡\n\n這個母親節6人套餐收費為$680/位(免加一及茶芥),如果您有個喜歡吃海鮮的中國胃媽媽可以帶佢去慶祝喔｡\r\n\n#母親節
