Eggs with King Crab and Mayonnaise\n如果有食物敏感可以一早同待應溝通\n今次由於小編唔食生魚，大廚準備另一款菜式取代\n魔鬼蛋入面餡料係蛋黃醬加帝王蟹肉\n拆絲蟹肉食到鮮味，蛋黃醬濃厚又滑\n配埋蛋白食好夾\n\n • Bread & Salted Butter\n酸種麵包鬆軟，但外皮偏硬\n難切開，不過係咬得開既\n牛油香滑，表面有少少鹽粒提供鹹味\n\n • Champagne 🥂 \n個set仲包埋一杯香檳\n飲落係Dry (Brut)，即糖分含量較低，味道偏酸\n香檳氣泡細緻綿密，好清爽，配海鮮食都好夾\n\n[2nd Course]\n • Home Cured & Smoked Tasmanian Trout on Buckwheat Blini with Sour Cream, Pickled Cucumber & Trout Roe\n底層塊餅好鬆軟，三文魚新鮮，質感少少煙韌\n上面有有魚籽、青瓜，擺盤好靚\n帶出唔同口感層次，但煙燻味唔太重\n味道唔太鹹，食落有鮮味\n\n • Duck Confit with Salad👍🏻\n皮好薄好脆，肉質就未去到十分軟嫩\n食落鹹味較出，味道好似燒腩仔！\n估唔到會食到中菜既味道，好有記憶點😂\n配埋伴菜salad食就好fresh\n\n[3rd Course]\n • Seabass, Gamberi Rossi, Squid, Mussel in Bouillabaisse with new Potatoes, Aioli & Croutons\n侍應會席前淋上海鮮湯\n紅蝦煮到剛熟，但食落無鮮蝦咁爽彈\n鱸魚肉質細緻爽滑，食落魚味較淡\n有飽滿既青口，爽彈魷魚，脆多士可以點湯食\n但可惜整體偏鹹，蓋過左海鮮鮮味\n\n[4th Course]\n •
