간장게장\n地址: 首爾瑞草區瑞草大路46街9 1樓 서울 서초구 서초대로46길 9\n營業時間: 11:00-15:00、17:00-21:30 假日 11:30-21:00\n交通方式: 「瑞草」站1號出口, 直行前第二個街口轉右, 十字路口即達\n \n \n \n「醬油蟹」係去韓國首爾旅行其中必食之一。\n今次揀咗其中近期較多人推介嘅【韓女士醬蟹한여사 간장게장】\n睇過Youtuber介紹呢間近期被受熱棒, 要預咗花時間等位, 因為注意到餐廳三點至五點係休息時間, 為咗有足夠時間食唔太趕, 我地就係中午12:00左右到達, 未知係咪平日關係, 門口未見人龍, 可以順利安排入座。\n \n \n餐廳地方簡潔, 燈箱價目都只有韓文。還好給予的餐牌都有中英日文, 同埋圖片對照, 非常清晰。\n \n \n先送上六款前菜, 後點餐。\n \n \n【醬油蟹兩隻】110,000W (約HK$770)\n對比疫症前食過兩間醬油蟹 (ref.放於文末)\n以當時作比較, 呢間嘅醬油蟹size比較大一d, 蟹膏算多, 但又未至於可以用力一bi咁多到瀉出來。醬油鹹度剛好, 而且蟹冇腥味 (我真係係韓國本土食過間又鹹又腥嘅蟹, 唔知係咪自己唔好彩)\n \n \n整體評價: 韓女士嘅醬油蟹size偏大隻, 價錢對比貴咗d, 冇腥味, 蟹膏份量都叫滿足。醬油蟹不包飯, 需要額外order -- 白飯 1,000W (約HK$7), 不過飯質比較實。\n \n \n【蟹籽拌飯】35,000W (約HK$245)\n醬油蟹拆肉, 加咗雞蛋黃、大量紫菜、芝麻, 撈埋一齊食, 味道調味多一份麻油香。\n \n \nReference:\nPRO醬油蟹專門店:
