身處28樓的景觀極開揚，尤其是晚上俯瞰城門河景色更美。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 而餐廳選用了日本奈禾牛，質素有保證，「霜降」油花分佈均勻，更是吸引。\r\n \r\n近日推出了「嘗味套餐」，零售價兩位$1,888（兩位起・另加一服務費），又覺得幾抵食。\r\n \r\n前菜：\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n有蒜子漬、柚子蘿蔔以及醬油漬牛蒡，其實自己好鍾意呢類型漬物，尤其是牛蒡，有嚼口而氣味獨特，最重要係健康，邊食邊聊天最好。\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n空運生蠔\r\n今次係法國及愛爾蘭生蠔，時令又新鮮，質素有保證，食生蠔最緊要係衛生。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 前者蠔味較重，而後者就海水味豐盈，總之就各有捧場客。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n五點刺身：\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n當中包含了醬油漬赤身、中拖羅、牡丹蝦、帆立貝、間八一共五款，吃得出的新鮮，解凍處理得相當好，沒討厭的雪味，軟熟可口，吃得心滿意足。\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n當中最喜歡間八，除了平日少接觸外，本身肉味清淡，蘸點些少醬油來提鮮，美味。\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n燒物：\r\n甲羅燒-蟹味噌釀蟹蓋\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n是日亮點之一，原隻新鮮生拆皇帝蟹，把蟹膏混和味噌後再燒，慢慢香氣四溢，最後加入蟹肉及蘭王蛋黃，塗上多士上享用，簡直是人間滋味。\r\n \r\n\r\n蒲燒鰻魚\r\n選用了日本鰻魚，肥美肉厚，蒲燒時塗上自家特製的醬油，惹味之餘，入口即化。\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n原隻加拿大龍蝦\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n開邊明火烤，為了令龍蝦肉烤得更平均，雪白的龍蝦肉咬落彈牙可口，龍蝦頭位置更有肥美的蝦膏，吃得出的新鮮。\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n窩物：日本國產牛肉或西班牙黑豚腩片\r\n\r\n今次選用了日本的奈禾牛肉，油花分佈細緻，以昆布高湯慢煮烹調，與京蔥、洋蔥及金菇一口吃下，更添滋味。\r\n
