01:44:43+08:00","url":"/community/detailpost/ce08c3ca-b807-43ca-9d7c-6808be3cddef/香港攻略/觀塘和牛壽喜燒晚餐/arhimdaddy_foodie/779030","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"arhimdaddy_foodie","url":"https://www.ulifestyle.com.hk/community/user_profile/779030/arhimdaddy_foodie"},"text":"喰楽\n\n📍觀塘開源道60號駱駝漆大廈第三座9樓H室\n\n今次我地放假去左觀塘駱駝漆呢邊行下outlet順便食飯,駱駝漆工廈呢邊都好多野食,我地揀左間壽喜燒餐廳,佢地係關西風既壽喜燒,上網見到d肉好靚想黎試下😍\n\n晚市套餐($499)\n前菜\n磯煮鮑魚配大根\n蘿蔔清甜又夠淋,鮑魚彈牙入味☺️\n\n魷魚海膽卷配三文魚籽\n好精緻既一道前菜,海膽新鮮冇腥味,有如omakase既菜式🥰\n\n茶碗蒸\n茶碗蒸有用左北寄貝同螢光魷魚,個蛋幾有鮮味🦑\n\n九州宮崎和牛\n黎到主菜既環節,牛肉係用九州宮崎和牛,有3款唔同部位既牛提供,分別係肉眼,西冷,牛肩肉,另外仲有野菜拼盤,同埋珍珠飯,而個飯係可以無限添加,唔怕唔夠飯去食d肉,全程都有店員幫手煮,想要幾熟都可以控制到,食完3款牛就可以因應自己口味揀多塊再想食既牛,一共4塊,每一塊都好大塊🤩\n\n肉眼\n肉眼係3個部位之中最肥既,有入口即溶既口感🐮\n\n西冷\n塊肉相對會淋身d,肉味濃過肉眼🐮\n\n牛肩\n牛肩即係赤身位,油脂比較低,肉味最濃🐮\n\n蟲草花雞湯\n個雞湯好香濃雞味,有d驚喜🐥\n\n甜品\n甜品分別有豆腐雪糕同焦糖雞蛋布甸,個豆腐雪糕係勁濃豆腐味,我好鐘意,直頭想加多一球雪糕,不過好似係冇得單點雪糕既,個雞蛋布甸賣相好靚,上面用左海鹽奶油同焦糖醬,甜度適中,布甸都好味,但豆腐雪糕太屈機,建議揀豆腐雪糕🍨🍮\n\n呢間餐廳晚市只得一個餐,未食之前會覺得得4塊肉要$499都幾貴下,食完成個set
