I chose lumache paired with romesco sauce. Sauce was warm and rich and pasta was slight al dente. Suggest to go for rigatoni if you like a more sturdy pasta.\n \n🍝Throughout the night, different pasta options were served piping hot out of the kitchen, all of which are not available on the menu for you to try. My favourite was the spicy aglio olio and pesto cream! The first time I went, I felt the pasta came out a bit slow (only 2-3 rounds of pasta were served for the whole night) but I feel like this time they increased the serving frequency.
