JJJ House Salad ($100)\n很新鮮的沙律，是滿開胃的輕食前菜。\n\n\n\n\n然後再來一個 Beef Tartare ($280) 選用高品質的封門柳製作。\n除了現場即刨巴馬臣芝士外，還加入了白松露油和日本雞蛋黃才拌勻享用。\n所以不止肉味濃郁，味道也十分豐富，肉質亦很鮮嫰順口。\n\n\n\n\n來到燒肉的部份，這裡主打的韓式燒肉是糅合西式的處理方式，聽起來很特別。\nJJJ Deluxe Butcher's Cuts ($980)\n是一次可吃到四款牛的牛肉拼盤，那些肉的厚度實在讓人垂涎欲滴耶！\n將肉放上去燒前可以先加點鹽，不過我覺得不加其實都很夠味。\n\n\n\n\n一開始先燒的是 USDA Prime 45 Days Dry Aged Ribeye\n45日乾式熟成肉眼的牛肉味是當中最濃厚，油脂分布也很平均。\n燒得焦香的外層將肉汁鎖住，外脆內嫩，吃落不會韌。\n吃完一款牛可以燒菇或者洋蔥來作一個間隔！\n\n\n\n\nKorean Hanwoo 1++ Ribeye steak 是韓國橫城最頂級的韓牛。\n油花雖然沒有前者那麼多，入口還是很軟嫩和富有彈性。\nJapanese A4 Wagyu Striploin Steak 則是日本的A4和牛。\n肉質同樣也很軟嫩，口感細膩醇厚，入口肥而不膩。\n\n\n\n\n最後的 JJJ House Marinated Galbi 是用醬汁醃製的牛肋骨。\n醃得非常入味，很喜歡那種微甜的味道，而且是四款肉中最為軟腍。\n\n\n\n\n吃過燒肉後，還點了一個飯 Beef Rice ($480) 是這店的必食招牌。\n這是用牛肉湯炒的炒飯，一打開窩蓋已經聞到牛肉香。\n在開吃前會將牛骨髓加入炒飯中拌勻，那份油香更添了幾分，真的十分惹味。\n底下更有飯焦，再加上蒜片、蔥花和牛肉，不論是口感還是味道也很豐富。\n\n\n\n\n最後吃了三款很韓式的甜品來做結尾。\nMakgeolli Gelato ($80) & Ginseng Ice Cream ($80)\n前者是韓式米酒口味，有著酒的清香；後者的人蔘味很突出。\nEgg Bread ($80/4 pcs) 是韓國的街頭小吃，沒想到在香港也可以吃得到呢\n\n\n\n\nJJJ Korean Steakhouse & Bar\n地址：香港中環雲咸街60號中央廣場地下3號舖\n營業時間：12:00 -
