Cafe食晚餐，餐廳來自新加坡文華酒店並好有名氣，佢今次選址於尖沙咀k11 musea B1層，將酒店美食延伸到香港🫶🏻餐廳裝修精緻，帶有大自然氣息，坐位方面都寬敞，坐得舒服ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧\n\n餐廳除咗有招牌海南雞飯外，仲提供咗唔同嘅星加坡地道菜，例如叻沙、咖喱同串燒等，種類繁多。\n\n\n◽️文華海南雞飯 $133（9/10）\n今次黎到就係專程試試餐廳嘅海南雞飯，果然冇令我失望🥰海南雞份量頗多，有雞胸同雞髀肉，雞皮香滑，皮同肉中間帶點透明膠質，而雞肉肉質嫩滑得黎帶肉汁，果然一分錢一分貨！油飯則好香雞油味，粒粒分明😋另外仲有個雞湯，面頭有啲雞油同炸蒜，而且仲有一大舊嫩滑豆腐♪\n\n◽️咖喱豬肋骨煲配白飯及香脆薄餅 $132（8/10）\n咖喱香味撲鼻，味道香濃但帶點微辣，幾適合下飯💕豬肋骨份量足夠，炆得夠淋，好易就可以將豬肉同骨分離，而且豬肉索曬咖喱嘅味道，非常惹味。另外兩塊薄餅非常脆口，好適合用黎點一點咖哩食♥︎\n\n◽️雞肉沙嗲串燒 $108（7.5/10）\n總共有6串，雞肉嫩滑，唔會燒到好乾身，另外沙嗲醬味道唔錯，幾香花生味 🥜 \n\n📍 Chatterbox Café
