我都想起港島君綽海逸酒店41樓Le 188餐廳的無敵海景, 可在室內一邊欣賞煙花一邊享用美食, 又或者上42樓天台無遮無擋地觀賞, 兩者同樣浪漫.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n聖誕前夕與好友們到Le 188享用五道菜加飲品, 好有氣氛, 每位HK$698+10%, 每道菜既味道都有水準而且擺盤都有心思~ 先來Amuse-Bouche展開美味之旅, 日式鮑魚配牛油鮑魚肝醬, 鮑魚幾軟稔, 牛油醬汁香味濃郁, 加入食用花, 立即搶鏡.\n\n\n\n\n前菜有二選一, 蟹肉及巴利克三文魚伴乾蔥、蔬菜啫喱、芒果醬配精選魚子醬. 可能是我陪姨甥女重溫了Let it Go, 這個好似雪人啊~ 乾葱內釀入蟹肉，口感不錯，伴碟火的蔬菜啫喱襯托出如畫意境.\n\n\n\n \n香辣焦糖鳳梨, 用以比托芝士做脆筒包著紅菜頭，香脆又特別，伴碟有開心果碎及紅菜頭雪葩，配搭新鮮, 辣度多少少會更好.\n\n\n\n\n冬季養生雜豆湯, 有點像中式湯, 豆味香濃, 很足料, 伴碟的芝士條好味~ \n\n\n\n \n主菜四選一, 我們人多, 因此每人點不同主菜, 就可多嚐一點~ 香煎美國銀鱈魚配蔬菜及法式奶油汁, 魚肉嫩滑厚身，魚皮煎得夠香脆, 喜歡魚的魚必推介～\n\n\n烤法國鵪鶉配松露和蔬菜, 內混雞肉醬及黑松露，整體來說幾高分!\n\n\n\n\n烤美國SRF和牛牛板腱配馬鈴薯、小胡蘿蔔及菠菜, 由於不是肉眼或西冷，牛板鍵肉質是軟稔帶煙韌，就像牛展般，不錯啊~\n\n\n出乎意料的好的, 是這份磨菇意大利雲吞伴牛肝菌醬配羊乳清芝士及西梅, 要趁熱食，醬汁及餡料十分誘人!\n\n\n甜品是有特色的Coffee-Italian Tiramisu, 賣相與一般的
