好像已有一段時間沒找過一些高質餐廳打卡, 加上今年的結婚週年紀念會外遊, 所以就提早這天在港慶祝, 搜尋到這間位於尖沙咀中間道H Zentre的日式酒吧餐廳.\n\n餐廳入口低調且帶點神秘感，以鏡面及竹林元素設計的走廊牆壁, 帶領我們進入一個截然不同的現代華麗風格. 原來room 3的意思是分為三個用餐區, 我們在主用餐區Akasaka Room展開今天的美食體驗.\n\n\n午市套餐共有八款選擇, 附送沙律、甜品及日本煎茶.\n\n\n沙律\n點餐後不久就上了沙律及煎茶, 沙律有新鮮火龍果、蜜瓜、車厘茄及多款沙律菜, 醬汁醒胃, 為這一餐揭開美好的序幕.\n\n\n頂級美國燒汁肉眼扒拼帆立貝配白飯 $368\n肉眼扒🥩份量十足, 肉質嫩滑, 肉汁滿滿, 醬汁非常美味. \n帆立貝🦪肉身豐厚，爽口彈牙，為這道菜增添無比鮮味.\n另外, 配菜亦非常豐富, 有青瓜🥒粟米🌽蕃茄🍅沙律菜🥬\n\n\n日式燒汁白鱈魚扒拼大蝦配白飯 $298\n鱈魚扒外皮煎得香脆, 肉質鮮美滑溜, 口感層次豐富.\n大蝦🦐肉質爽口彈牙, 吃得非常滿足.\n白飯份量對女士來說雖然不少, 但因為採用上乘的珍珠米, 加上醬汁味美, 細味品嚐之下我竟然吃到一粒也沒剩\n\n\n甜品\n這天的甜品為朱古力麻薯, 麻薯外層沾滿朱古力粉, 配上忌廉及薄荷葉, 賣相精緻. 麻薯口感軟糯, 朱古力味香濃, 又不會過甜, 一試難忘, 為這一餐劃上了完美的句號.\n\n\n總括來說, 以這價錢享受到這樣優美華麗的環境, 以及高質豐富的午餐, 為我們留下了一個極為美好的回憶🥰\n有機會要再來試試晚餐以及精心設計的雞尾酒.\r\n #尖沙咀
