\n🌸脱骨老鵝掌 \n🌸午魚魚飯 \n🌸姜油浸金龍 \n🌸蟹粉油粿 \n🌸菊花沖浪南澳鮮魷 \n🌸涼拌武夷山龍爪菇 \n🌸鮮沙參蔥頭炒小象拔蚌 \n🌸嫩姜絲炒黃牛肉 \n🌸火瞳厚菇芥菜煲 \n🌸姜薯鴨母捻 \n\n當天的菜式裏最欣賞是午魚魚飯和姜油浸金龍,身為吃魚的愛好者,我對於這兩道菜印象深刻｡首先午魚魚飯是潮州人傳統吃法,將魚煮熟晾乾再配豆醬吃,記得吃前要先將豆醬抹開,不然一口吃下去會太咸,挺有風味的一道菜｡另外姜油浸金龍採用了金龍魚,肉質嫩滑肥美,上菜前淋上熱姜油和加上姜絲,吃上去不會太油,很好入口｡還有菊花鮮魷魚配上雞湯,湯水好清雅,淡淡菊花香,也有海鮮的鮮味,不錯的健康之選｡\n\n茶品:\n踏雪蘭妃\n\n這個茶名好美,是來自四川蒙頂山的黃茶,茶味清香撲鼻,有蘭花的香氣｡\n\n珍庭潮州菜\n📍深圳市福田區珍庭潮州菜福華路卓悅中心東區一樓二樓L239號\n\n#foodies
