\n\n先來個前菜開開胃。\n\n \n緊接著是刺身登場，第一款是羽太(石斑魚)，口感柔中帶點爽彈，魚肉鮮甜，配上酸汁啫喱及撒上紫蘇花同吃，更有風味。\n\n \n鰆魚，肉身肥美油潤，魚皮也輕輕炙烤過，油脂香氣誘人，配上柚子胡椒醬，清新解膩。\n\n\n象拔蚌，鮮、爽、脆、甜，沾點岩鹽更提升鮮味。\n\n\n沙甸魚磯邊卷，卷得好美，油脂豐盈濃郁，配搭細葱、紫蘇葉、醬汁，平衡油膩同時更有層次。\n\n\n六款壽司有六款，真鯛肉質緊緻爽彈，清甜富含油脂，不愧是魚中之王。\n深海池魚油潤中帶爽口，魚味濃郁。間八油脂豐富，肉質爽脆。關鯖魚極致鮮度，魚脂豐盈。\n北寄貝軟糯且味道清甜。拖羅吞拿魚腩，魚油香氣滿溢。\n\n\n\n馬糞海膽三文魚子丼，幾乎是最佳搭配，每口都是鹹鮮甜美。\n\n\n\n仲有餐廳送的昆布大阪赤鮑魚(看文末優惠)，蠻入味的，厚切這口感實在滿足，入口爽彈，沾滿高湯同吃，鮮甜美味。\n\n\n \n螢光魷魚春卷，輕炸後的螢光魷魚不減其幼嫩口感，外脆內嫩。\n\n\n立魚真子(魚春)，珍貴的食材，以薑蔥清湯烹煮，呈現那鮮甜濃郁的美味。\n\n\n雞胸湯，鮮甜得像蒸餾出來的味道。\n\n醬油漬蛋黃拌飯，誰懂那鹹香濃郁，與白飯拌勻後，簡單美味卻好下飯。\n
