肉厚彈牙，醬汁拌了蟹粉，配合得宜.\n\n\n\n\n蟹肉花膠燴燕窩，梳梳蟹肉, 非常足料, 鮮味又滋陰～\n\n\n\n\n不喜燕窩的話, 可以選菊花五蛇燴花膠，同樣適合秋天享用, 湯底以竹蔗茅根等火熬製, 每匙都充滿手撕蛇肉、花膠絲、木耳絲、果皮絲, 好多料!\n\n\n清蒸江蘇大閘蟹(每位公蟹乙隻 / 每隻約六兩)- 傳統清蒸大閘蟹, 最能保持蟹的精華, 蟹膏澄黃香濃，而公蟹獨有的白蟹膏好軟滑.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n我們另加了花雕酒, 加入話梅, 添入微酸甜更加好飲，是配大閘蟹的佳物❣\n\n\n\n \n蝦籽魚唇軟骨伴鮮鹿茸菌, 以薑蔥、冰糖等燉煮的魚唇, 口感有點像海參, 骨膠原滿滿. 鹿茸菌以鮑魚汁香煎, 又有蝦籽點綴, 整道菜式好誘人~\n\n\n龍蝦湯蟹餅五穀苗 , 香濃龍蝦湯混了蝦米辣椒醬，好特別！以為蟹餅是軟腍，誰知是彈牙，幾有驚喜!\n\n\n\n\n薑茶金薯芋圓小丸子 -
