12:16:26+08:00","url":"/community/detailpost/8a5453fc-8f0f-4845-adf3-4bdf0624b3d2/中式料理/hodywong/189520","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"hodywong","url":"https://www.ulifestyle.com.hk/community/user_profile/189520/hodywong"},"text":"今日有朋友來香港玩，想我帶他周圍食野，我即時諗到既係蘭桂坊，但預算都知吾會便宜，殊不知搵到間很有氣派既特式火鍋，竟有平價套餐可揀喎，那就一定要試啦🥳而且見有網友話過，食飯打埋卡有高級甜品送，每位五百多元亦無懸念吧😻\n\n當朋友來到蘭桂坊這繁華地標門前🎆，已經被‘’進了朝天門，就到重慶城‘’的牌匾氣勢吸引，開門後就更感受到重慶的氣息，我們也立即在‘’迎官接聖‘’的打卡位影相先🤳🏻\n\n正當我們好奇重慶火鍋有幾老字號時，見到旁邊食客的鍋爐頂上那玉璽🤴🏻，絕對是高端鴛鴦鍋的表表者了。可惜我們只是兩人，否則預訂包廂坐還可以唱K添🎶，唯有下次公司搞商務聚會時再來吧🥳\n\n我們點的是2️⃣人餐，混醬餐車放齊多款醬料，但侍應還送兩樽植物調和油給我們蘸，說是重慶火鍋的傳統配搭💐\n頭盤是寫著非物質文化遺產的✴️蠶豆，核桃片和脆麻花✴️第一次食重慶特色既餐前小吃很特別🩷\n開始打邊爐前還先送上塊白麵包，給我們墊食物吸油，我就覺得不太配搭的，但朋友覺得幾有意思👍🏻\n接著來的拼盤是毛肚、鵝腸、及豬喉，三款也是脆爽不韌很難得🤎\n至於主菜新西蘭羊肉卷，鮮滑羶香，肉脂均匀🩵\n而冰鎮貢丸粒粒飽滿，香濃多汁🤍\n鮮嫩茼蒿菜的賣相得意，像棵樹般放在枱上🌳\n菌菇拼盤的繡球菌口感獨特爽脆，雞樅菇及牛肝菌則鮮香並重🍄‍🟫\n肉多多午餐肉刻意放最後食，吸盡麻辣及菇菌湯底的精華吧🐷\n而臨走前侍應還提醒我們有紅糖冰粉甜品，食埋已甜滑到心滿意足了💯❤️🔥\n。\n。\n。\n朝天門\n中環德己立街30-32號加州大廈UG樓\n📞98330177\n。\n。\n。\n。\n。\n#相机食先
