All things beef! We arrived 5:30 and queued for around 30 mins to get seated. The menu is simple, with 3 items, two beef noodles and one vegetarian noodle. Sadly, I still have not had the chance to try their hotpot branch but \"good\" was an understatement for their noodles.\n \n牛油拌麵 $148\nMixed noodles, with various beef components. All of them are very tender but I especially liked the beef charsiu and beef tongue. The noodle was dressed in a light soy sauce mixture, slight umami but not very strong.\n \n牛擔擔麵 $98\nThere were some nice chunks of beef in the Dan Dan noodle. The sauce was not as peanuty and spicy as I thought but there's a slight numbing feeling (like a gentle mala).
