friend講開,佢大力推介銅鑼灣呢間｢重房｣,話係佢近期食過最驚喜嘅omakase｡👩🏻抱住半信半疑去試,點知由頭食到尾都忍唔住｢哇｣出聲🤯!\n\n師傅每一道菜都講解得好仔細,邊度嚟､點樣做,食落唔只係味覺享受,仲學到好多嘢｡以下係👩🏻當日嘅體驗:\n🥚 沖繩水雲+蓮花芯､蟹肉茶碗蒸——開胃得嚟好滑溜,蓮花芯脆脆地,幾特別｡茶碗蒸蛋很嫩滑,內有蟹肉,鮮味十足｡\n\n🐟 天然大分縣深海池魚——網炙過有焦香,魚油爆發,肉質脆彈,魚脂甘甜而不膩口,仲加咗木魚花,更令魚香上另一層次｡\n\n🦀 北海道毛蟹伴紫蘇花——蟹身肉加咗蟹膏,濃郁鮮甜,紫蘇花點綴清新｡\n\n🔥 櫻鰤——火炙過,魚味重,夾埋秘製洋蔥,口感層次更豐富｡\n\n🐟 馬友一夜干—— 烤至外皮焦香,鎖住肉汁,鹹香適中,味道一流｡\n\n🍥 千葉縣金目鯛——魚皮用湯霜法處理,軟嫩又有彈性｡\n\n✨ 沙錐魚——平時多數食天婦羅版,呢度因為用頂級靚貨,竟然可以做刺身!清爽彈牙,完全改寫我對呢條魚嘅印象~\n\n🍣 長崎縣醬油漬赤身配赤醋飯——醬油漬赤身濃郁甘香,赤醋飯提鮮完美組合!\n\n🦐 甜蝦——昆布漬甜蝦內藏炒過嘅蝦膏,濃郁到想encore｡\n\n🌟 北海道海膽——出自日本三大供應商之一,入口即溶,鮮甜到尖叫｡\n\n🍜
