SO'N｡呢度唔係一般嘅齋菜,而係將素食做得好似藝術品咁精緻,每道菜都充滿驚喜!\n\n🍽️晚市自選套餐 (一人前 $298)\n我哋今次兩個人去,試咗兩款唔同嘅主菜同甜品,由前菜到甜品成個 Flow 都非常有儀式感｡\n\n1️⃣席前小食\n開餐第一道小食係茄子,處理得入味而且口感啱啱好,唔會太軟爛,細細份作為開胃菜非常稱職,即刻喚醒味蕾!\n\n2️⃣ 晚餐沙律\n沙律菜夠晒新鮮爽脆,配埋特製醬汁,清新感十足,為之後濃郁嘅菜式打好底｡\n\n3️⃣ 餐湯\n呢款豆苗湯真係好有驚喜!平時好少喺西式/新派素食見到｡飲落去豆苗味濃郁,口感好滑順,有一種好天然嘅清香,完全唔會有青草羶味｡\n\n4️⃣ 天婦羅拼盤\n炸粉薄身而且勁酥脆,最正係配上左話梅粉可以點黎食｡一份有齊炸蓮藕､番薯､茄子､菇,炸得香脆唔油膩｡\n\n5️⃣ 燒大啡菇.溫野菜.山藥慕絲\n大啡菇厚身多汁,燒完之後個種菌香味昇華晒｡最驚艷係個山藥慕絲,口感輕盈,配埋一齊食層次感豐富,仲有好多伴碟蔬菜｡\n\n6️⃣ 素魷魚.素蝦.檸檬忌廉汁貓耳朵粉\n素海鮮口感彈牙,貓耳朵粉掛汁力強,檸檬忌廉汁creamy得黎冇咁漏,食落每一啖都好煙韌入味｡\n\n7️⃣ 椰香琥珀雪燕 \n甜品方面,雪燕椰香味清香,滋潤得嚟唔會太甜｡\n\n8️⃣ 青瓜湯圓(+$28)\n青瓜湯圓非常驚喜,清爽嘅青瓜味同軟糯湯圓形成對比,係出面好少見嘅創意配搭｡\n\n9️⃣嫩芽.草本拼配茶 \n用咗單叢､薄荷､香茅同桂枝,飲落回甘又帶點清新感｡\n\n1️⃣0️⃣嫩芽特調Spring Mocktail(+$18)\n烏龍茶底配埋梨蓉､胡柚､橙皮､青檸,酸甜解膩,面頭仲有一層奶泡好靚｡\n\n好味: 7/10 \n環境: 7/10 \n性價比: 6.8/10
