周年，再臨閣自助餐廳特別推出「經典懷舊廣東菜」自助晚餐慶祝一番，除了一系列懷舊美食，佈置也一絲不苟，頓時化身懷舊冰室，盡情地打卡。\r\n\r\n\r\n甫踏入餐廳，第一眼就看到可樂迷追捧的玻璃樽裝飲品，口味齊全，包括「可口可樂」汽水、無糖「可口可樂」汽水、「雪碧」檸檬青檸味汽水、「芬達」橙味汽水、「玉泉」忌廉味汽水，可以無限暢飲就是爽。\r\n\r\n碗仔翅非常足料，吸引到我立刻先取回座位享用。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n熱葷方面有避風塘炒蝦、蘿蔔炆牛腩、煎鯪魚餅、蒸比目魚、鮮菌扒魚肚、脆香豬手、臘味荷葉飯、龍蝦鉗伊麵、釀蟹蓋、焗蠔、滷水拼盆，幾乎是宴客不可缺少的經典懷舊菜，算是我吃熱葷較多的一晚。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n切肉區是燒原條有骨西冷，肉味香濃，口感柔嫩；旁邊是即煎虎蝦，爽彈鮮美。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n湯麵檔有即煮酸菜湯，配上各款配料如豬紅、豆卜、魚腐、腩肉等，另可在酸菜湯上自行加上花椒油，惹味又美味。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n多款冰鎮海鮮無限量供應，包括波士頓龍蝦、琵琶蝦、蟹腳、小龍蝦、青口及麵包蟹 (星期五、六、日、公眾假期及其前夕供應)等，定能滿足海鮮控。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n今期精選冷盤有酒香迷人的醉雞翼、雞絲粉皮、南京凍鴨、水晶肴肉等；另有芝士及凍肉拼盤、各款新鮮沙律菜等。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n和風美食區有各款肥美刺身、鮑魚、手握壽司及即做花之戀壽司。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n甜品蛋糕中，最經典的莫過於黑森林蛋糕、懷舊黃梅果占蛋糕、芝麻卷 (又名菲林)、砵仔糕、紅豆茶果、遮仔啫喱糖，在茶樓中好受歡迎的啊，充滿回憶。另有焗梳乎里、合桃忌廉拿破崙、懷舊乾果蛋糕，豆腐花等。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n最後，來點切粒水果和Häagen-Dazs雪糕，就連新口味的也在這裡尋到。\r\n\r\n\r\n湯水飲料無限供應，如中西湯、糖水、咖啡、茶、果汁等，滿足所需。\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n「經典懷舊廣東菜」自助晚餐\r\n推廣日期：即日起至
