Boil it until the blood is drained. Then wash. \nWe will boil the pork tendons for 2 hours. So we will not soak it first.\n \n3. 放板栗子肉、陳皮、無花果在2250ml清水中，轉大火。\nAdd the chestnut, tangerine peel and figs in 2250ml water. Cook it with high heat.\n \n4. 水沸騰，放入豬腳筋、豬椎骨、雪耳。\nThen put the dried pork tendons, snow fungus and backbone in the boiling water\n \n5. 煮20分鐘後，轉中小火。\nCook it for 20 minutes. Then turn to med-low heat.\n \n6. 再60分鐘後，轉小火。\nCook it for another 60 minutes. Then turn to low heat.\n \n7. 最後煮30分鐘後，關火。\nCook it for 30 minutes more.
