Particularly liked the sweet potato, brushed with some honey for extra sweetness. Chicken was grilled nicely where skin is crispy and meat is tender. A good balance of veggie and protein!\n \nUnagi egg Shokupan $88 🌟4.5/5\nThe bread was soft, slightly chewy and fluffy. The eel was on the thinner side but the egg was really fluffy and hot when it was served. The sweet teriyaki sauce from the eel also paired nicely with the toast.\n \nKinako Mochi Toast $88 🌟3/5\nHad high hopes for this as I really like the combination of mochi and soybean powder but the combination was a bit off. The bread was rolled around the mochi so it was rather sturdy, imagine it being rolled with a rolling pin. Mochi was soft and chewy but the overall flavour profile was a bit bland.
